Privacy

We store what you build and what is needed to run your account. We do not store what your sites collect from their visitors, that goes to services in your own name. We do not sell data, run ads, or put third-party trackers on this product.

Your account: email, name if you gave one, sign-in sessions. Your work: every version of every site you build, and files you upload to use in them. If our team imported a site for your business, we hold it, and the name and contact details we entered, until you claim it. For visitors building without an account, a daily allowance counted by internet address. Your history with us: the credit ledger, payments and payment records, and requests you send to the human tier. Card details and invoices live with Stripe, our payment processor, never with us. How the product behaved for you: timings, error and audit records tied to your account, which we use to make generation better.

Bookings, sign-ups, entries, anything your site gathers from its own visitors, live in your own database account, not with us. We never hold your production keys for other services.

The AI that generates your site (Anthropic's claude-sonnet-5, the same model for everyone) processes your descriptions. Email is delivered by Resend. Stock photography is served by Unsplash and Pexels from their own servers. Our database is hosted by Turso. Each holds only what its job needs.

Every site can be downloaded as a single file that runs anywhere, at any time, from the editor.

Delete a site and its versions are removed. Delete your account from your settings and all your sites go with it, and your email and name are erased from our records. The credit ledger is never rewritten, so its entries and the billing history the law requires survive, anonymised, saying nothing about who you were. Nightly backups can hold a copy of deleted data for up to thirty days before they rotate away.

We send sign-in links, claim links when our team has imported a site for your business, receipts, and answers to things you asked. No marketing email without asking you first.

Write to us and a person answers. If you believe we hold something about you we should not, say so and we will look, plainly.
